Description

This is a house dating from the early 19th century, which was refenestrated in 1991. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and has a pantile roof. A band runs across the first floor, and there is a single gable stack. Most windows have panelled, splayed lintels with keystones. The house is two storeys high and has a two-window front. The upper floor has imitation plain sash windows. On the ground floor, an off-centre door with an overlight is flanked to the left by an ogee-headed scraper and a plain imitation sash. To the right of the door are a pair of close-boarded carriage doors with a segmental head, keystones and imposts.
