The building has a raised eaves band on the right bay and stands two storeys tall with five bays. From left to right, there is a single blocked window opening under a cambered arch, a doorway with a plank door also under a cambered arch, and a single tripartite glazing bar Yorkshire sash under a cambered arch. This is followed by another doorway with a panelled door and a single small glazing bar Yorkshire sash. On the upper level, there are two tripartite glazing bar Yorkshire sashes and a single small glazing bar Yorkshire sash to the right. To the right of the main structure, there is a red brick and pantile lean-to with a red brick stack and a doorway with a plank door. Inside, the farmhouse features a reused central beam.
