Description
The outbuilding at The Barracks, dating from around 1830, is constructed of red brick and covered with pantiles. It features a combination of single and two-storey sections, arranged in seven bays. There are two two-storey gabled bays, each with a single doorway that has double wooden doors and a tall decorative arrow loop above. To the left, there is a single-storey, two-bay wing with two doorways, and further left is a lower single-storey, single-bay wing with one doorway. On the right side, there is another single doorway and a single glazing bar casement. All openings are set under segmental arches, and each doorway has wooden doors with plain surrounds. This building is included for its group value only.
