Description

Holly Mount is a villa built in 1852, featuring two storeys and constructed of stucco. It has rusticated quoins and paired brackets at the eaves. The windows are set in moulded surrounds, with most having cills on tabs and hung sashes with glazing bars. The ground floor displays channeled rustication, and there is a porch supported by plain columns and an entablature.
