Description

Grove Mill is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall with a semi-basement, constructed from brick and topped with a hipped Welsh slate roof. It features a brick eaves cornice. The river-facing side has a wooden pediment situated between the third and fourth bays from the left. There are eight windows with segmental heads, and a hatch door provides access to the first floor and basement beneath the pediment.
