Description

A row of seven cottages dating from the early 19th century stands on Low Street in Carlton-in-Lindrick. The cottages are constructed from dressed coursed rubble and have pantile roofs, with two gable and three ridge stacks of red brick. The facades are 14 bays wide, and from right to left feature a single window, two doorways, two windows, two doorways, a single window, a doorway, two windows, two doorways, and a single window. The upper floor has seven windows. All windows are Yorkshire sash windows with glazing bars; all doorways have wooden doors. Three tie plates are visible on the first floor.
