Description
Nos 28 to 32 on Carolgate are early 19th century buildings that stand three storeys high and are rendered. They feature a Welsh slate roof and have six windows with glazing bars, except for the two on the left, which are set on a stone band. There are three panels between the storeys, and the first floor has casement windows. Additionally, there are 19th century and modern shops that project forward from the main structure. These buildings, along with Nos 16 to 24 on the Shambles and Nos 28 to 34, form a group, with Nos 16 to 20 on the Shambles and No 34 recognized as buildings of local interest.
