Description

This is a cottage located on Carburton Road, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a pantile roof with two red brick chimneys. The eaves have a dentil band. The building has two storeys and three bays. The central doorway has a part-glazed 20th-century door, flanked by single glazing bar Yorkshire sash windows. Above the door, there are two more glazing bar Yorkshire sash windows. All the openings are set under segmental arches. At the rear, there is a lean-to extension.
