Description

Holly Cottage is a cottage dating from around 1800. It features a roughcast exterior and a pantile roof, with two red brick gable stacks and dentil eaves. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. The central doorway has a plank door with a glazing bar overlight and an ashlar hood supported by two ashlar brackets. On either side of the doorway are single tripartite glazing bar Yorkshire sashes set under segmental arches. Above the doorway, there are two similar sashes. At the rear, there is a lean-to extension.
