The Plough Public House is a public house dating from around 1700. It features painted brick on a cement rendered plinth and has a plain tile roof. The building is two storeys plus a garret and consists of three bays. The central doorway has a six-fielded panel door and a painted hood supported by two painted brackets. On either side of the doorway are single casement windows, with the left one being narrower and lower. Above the doorway, there are two glazing bar sashes, all of which have segmental arches. In the right gable, there is a single glazing bar Yorkshire sash. To the left, set back, is a 20th-century brick and felt single storey extension with three bays.
