The building has ashlar dressings and render, standing two stories tall with five bays. At the center, there is a porch supported by rendered Tuscan columns, which carry a moulded lintel and pediment. The entrance includes a panelled ashlar doorcase with a keystone and a partially glazed door. On either side of the porch, there are two pairs of leaded casement windows, and above, there is a central glazing bar sash window flanked by two smaller pairs of leaded casements.
