Description
Croft House Farmhouse is a farmhouse built around 1660 and later altered around 1775. It is constructed of brick with a rendered finish and features a steeply pitched 20th-century pantile roof. The eaves are cogged, and there are two gable stacks along with coped gables that have kneelers. The building is two storeys high with garrets and has a double range plan, containing three windows.
On the west front, there is an off-centre plain doorcase with a hood and a 19th-century half-glazed door that has a geometrical overlight. To the right of the door, there is a single 20th-century glazing bar sash window, and above it, two Yorkshire sashes, all of which have segmental heads. The south front features a single glazing bar sash window on the left and a 20th-century flat-roofed bow window on the right. Above these, there are two 20th-century casement windows.
On the north front, there is a central close-boarded door and a single glazing bar sash window to the left, both with segmental heads. To the right, there is a 20th-century canopied brick porch and a half-glazed garage door. Above this, there is a central 20th-century glazing bar sash window flanked by two single 20th-century casements.
