Description

SK 45 NE HUTHWAITE SUTTON ROAD (south side) 3/65a Huthwaite War Memorial II War memorial. C.1920. Sandstone ashlar. Chamfered plinths. Rectangular base of 2 steps and flower trough. Chamfered pedestal with bronze tablet to north and rhymed inscription to south. West side dated 1914-1919. Above, cenotaph with rebated corners and stepped top. Bronze cross to north and bronze wreath to south.
