Description

Huthwaite War Memorial is a war memorial built around 1920, made of sandstone ashlar. It features chamfered plinths and has a rectangular base consisting of two steps and a flower trough. The memorial includes a chamfered pedestal with a bronze tablet on the north side and a rhymed inscription on the south side. The west side is dated 1914-1919. Above the pedestal is a cenotaph with rebated corners and a stepped top, adorned with a bronze cross on the north side and a bronze wreath on the south side.
