Description
No 204 on Beardall Street is an early 18th-century house constructed from coursed and squared rubble, topped with a plain tile roof. It features ashlar dressings, coved eaves, and coped gables with kneelers. The building has two gable stacks and is two storeys tall with two bays. The windows include 19th-century sashes and 20th-century casements, with all openings having splayed keystoned lintels. The front of the house has a central door with an overlight, flanked by single casements, and above are two sash windows.
