Description
Kingthorpe Manor Farm is a farmhouse dating from the late 18th century, with mid-19th century and 20th century alterations. It is constructed of red brick and features pantile roofs with brick coped and tumbled gables. The building has two gable stacks and a single lateral stack, along with decorated eaves and a large cat-slide roof on the west side. The farmhouse is L-shaped, with a low 20th century extension added to the south front.
The east front is two storeys high and has two bays. There is a doorway on the left with a plank door and a 20th century wooden porch. To the right, there is a sliding sash window, with a matching sliding sash window above, both featuring wooden lintels. The north front includes a single glazing bar sash window with a large painted stone lintel and a 20th century casement window above it. The south front has a 20th century extension on the left, which contains three casement windows with concrete lintels. To the right of the extension, there is a plain sash window, with a small plain sash window in between. Above, there is a large 20th century casement window to the right, with a small plain sash window to its right.
