Description
The pigeoncote and garden wall at Goltho Hall date from the late 18th century. The structure is built from red brick, with some stock brick and decorative burnt brick elements. It features a hipped pantile roof that has a single hipped dormer on each side, each dormer containing a casement window. The building is adorned with a weathervane and has curved wooden decorative eaves.
On the west side, there is a central doorway with a plank door, flanked by single casements, all of which have segmental heads and stock brick wedge lintels. The south side includes a doorway with a flat head and a panelled door, leading to a lean-to greenhouse. The garden wall surrounds the property on the east, west, and north sides, featuring a high plinth, pilaster buttresses, and single doorways in the east and west walls, both with flat heads. The north wall has some burnt header decoration on its south side.
