Description
Gringley Grange Farm House is a farmhouse built in the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick and features a 20th-century pantiled roof. The building has stone sills, splayed lintels, cogged eaves, an eaves band, and two gable stacks. It is 2 and a half storeys tall and has three bays in an L-shaped plan.
The south front of the house includes a central 19th-century half-glazed door with a glazing bar overlight, set in a plain frame, and flanked by single glazing bar sash windows. Above this, there are three glazing bar sash windows, and on the top floor, three smaller glazing bar sash windows. The 2 and a half storey rear wing has 19th and 20th-century windows on the left side. Additionally, there is a single-storey rear extension that features a single 20th-century two-light casement window.
