Description

The Village Hall, originally a school, dates from around 1850. It is constructed of colourwashed rubble and features a slate roof with overhanging eaves. The building is single storey and has four irregularly placed windows that have ogee heads and partially fixed windows with glazing bars. To the left, there is a lower bay that includes an ogee-headed doorway with a plank door, alongside a small shuttered opening to the left with a wooden lintel. The south end of the building has two long 20th-century windows.
