Description

Grooms House at Usselby Hall is an early 19th-century building constructed of red brick with a hipped pantile roof and a central ridge stack. The house has a two-storey front featuring a seven-bay facade and a dentillated eaves course. On the ground floor, there are plain wooden doors at each end, with three glazing bar sash windows in between. The first floor has blank openings above each door, with three glazing bar sash windows between them and two additional glazing bar sash windows beyond the left-hand opening. All openings are topped with segmental brick heads. This building is listed for its group value only.
