TF 1089-1189 MARKET PLACE 1/31 No 27

Early 19C. Yellow brick with stucco dressings and slate roof. 2½ storey, 4 bay facade continues round corner into Queen Street. Ground floor rusticated stucco with Doric pilasters and entablature, modern sash windows. First and second floor windows sashed with shallow stucco pedmiments. Corner windows broader and curved, first floor one has stucco surround and larger pediment.
