Description

The Midland Bank, built in the early 19th century, is a three-storey building made of grey brick and features four bays. The ground floor is finished in rusticated stucco and is accented by Doric pilasters at both ends and on either side of the off-centre door, with an entablature above. The first-floor windows are arranged in two and three-light configurations, with modern glazing, and are framed by moulded stucco surrounds topped with shallow pediments, featuring 12-light sash windows. The windows on the upper floor are smaller and include brick voussoirs.
