Description

The village stocks and whipping post, located under a canopy, date from the 17th century and were altered in the 20th century. They are constructed from timber and feature a conical Collyweston canopy roof. The stocks consist of upper and lower boards with four openings, positioned between two posts, with one post being taller, likely serving as a whipping post. The 20th-century canopy is supported by four timber posts.
