Description

This is an early 19th-century house, with later 19th-century and 20th-century alterations. It is a two-story, three-bay house constructed of red and cream chequered brick, as well as red brick and blue lias, with slate roofs. A single ridge stack and a projecting gable stack are present. A first-floor brick band runs along the front. A 20th-century brick porch with a plain wood door and a rectangular overlight of three panes is centrally located. It is flanked by single glazing bar sash windows, with three more windows above; the window over the door is narrower. To the southwest is a later 19th-century two-story addition, built of blue lias and red brick, featuring a ground floor casement window with a segmental brick lintel, and a glazing bar sash window above.
