Description

This is a milepost located beside Hall Farm, dating from the early 19th century. It is made of cast iron and has a triangular shape. The top features a raised letter inscription that reads: "To Lincoln 43 miles; Stanley" (the maker's name). On the sides, it indicates "Peterborough 9 miles," and below that, it states "Market Deeping," along with "South Kesteven North District." Hall Farm itself is not included in the listing.
