Description

This is a late 18th-century house, originally a single dwelling, now divided into two separate properties. The building is constructed of coursed ironstone rubble with a red brick front, topped with a concrete tile roof featuring gables of irregular pitch. Brick ridge stacks are present. The two-storey, three-bay front has a centrally located, blocked doorway, now filled with a sash window with a stilted head. This doorway is flanked by single windows with painted serpentine lintels and raised keystones. Above are three windows, the central one narrower and all with segmental heads. All windows are fitted with glazing bar sashes. Irregular 20th-century window openings are visible to the rear.
