Description
The small pond, located 20 paces from the Home Farm buildings, dates from the early 19th century. It features a red sandstone construction with ashlar detailing. The pond has a keyed oval shallow basin that is continuously filled with water, and it is fed by a hole in the side. Surrounding the basin are four sets of triple steps.
