Description

Three houses located on the north side of the stables, originally built as servants' accommodation, date from the late 18th century and were altered around 1840. The houses are constructed from coursed limestone rubble, featuring ashlar quoins and dressings, and have a concrete tiled roof with a single gable and two ridge ashlar stacks. The building is two stories high with a six-bay front. The end bays project forward and have stone-coped gables, kneelers, and ball finials.

The entrance features a half-glazed door that is sheltered by a 19th-century gabled stone porch, which also has a stone-coped gable, kneelers, and finials. To either side of the door are single two-light casements with plain stone lintels. On the left, there is a canted bay window with mullions and a stone slate roof, while on the right, there is another half-glazed door covered by a 20th-century glazed porch, followed by an additional bay window. On the first floor, there is a central fixed light from the 20th century, flanked by single two-light casements, and beyond these are single two-light mullioned windows with cornices.
