Description

The pigeoncote at Glen House, dating from around 1600 and altered in the 19th century, is constructed of squared coursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings, and features some red brick patching. It has a central Collyweston slate roof and a square wooden turret, with a circular plan. The exterior includes a single planked door and a two-light chamfered mullioned window, with a stone head at the eaves. Inside, the structure retains stone perches and brick boxes, along with a 19th-century wooden turning ladder.
