Description
No. 3 Broad Street is a late 17th century house with a front dating from the mid-18th century. It has two storeys and attics, constructed from coursed rubble, and features a stone slate roof with two dormers. The building has four windows set in stone rusticated surrounds, without glazing bars, and a continuous stone band at the cills. There is a plain stone band between the storeys, along with a moulded stone cornice and parapet. An extension from the late 19th century is located on the east side and includes a large bay. In front, there is a small stone-walled terrace that maintains the building line.
