Description

Milestone located by Home Farm, dating from the early 19th century. It is made of ashlar stone with a cast iron front and has a triangular shape. The milestone is inscribed with the names "Grimsthorpe", "Bourne 5", "Colsterworth 7 and a half", and features a benchmark, all in raised cast letters.
