Description
Spinney Farmhouse is an early 18th-century farmhouse constructed of red brick. It features a steeply pitched concrete tiled roof with tumbled gables and gable stacks, while the rear has a slate roof. The building is designed in an L-shape and has two storeys plus an attic. The front has three bays, with a central doorway that has a segmental head, an overlight, and a panelled door. On either side of the doorway are single glazing bar sash windows, and above are three more glazing bar sash windows, all with segmental heads. The house also includes two raking dormer windows with plain sashes and a single-storey range with an attic at the rear.
