Description

No. 2 Back Lane is a mid-18th century row of three cottages that have been converted into a house. The building is constructed of blue lias rubble and red brick, topped with a pantile gambrel roof featuring three deeply inset dormers with casement windows and two ridge stacks. It is a single storey with an attic. The central entrance has a plain wooden door, flanked by sliding sash windows. There is another plain wooden door to the south, accompanied by a small fixed window beyond it. Additionally, there is a plain wooden door at the north end, with a casement window located to the south.
