Description

Montague House is a house built in the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a slate roof with wooden eaves and two gable stacks. The building has two storeys and a three-bay front. The central doorway is semi-circular headed and has a stone lintel with a dropped keystone and imposts, along with a fanlight and a panelled door. On either side of the doorway are plain sash windows with segmental heads. Above, there are three plain sash windows, with the one over the door having a segmental head and the flanking windows featuring cambered heads.
