Description

Cromwell House is an early 18th-century building of two storeys, constructed in brick and topped with a pantile roof including one gabled dormer. The front facade has three windows, all without glazing bars. The ground floor features two windows with segmental arches. The entrance is marked by a six-panel door beneath a rectangular fanlight, set within a moulded surround and cornice. Cromwell House is part of a group with numbers 65 to 68 on Double Street, with numbers 66 to 68 being of local interest.
