Description
Manor House is a house built in the mid-18th century, with a refronting from the early 19th century and some 20th-century alterations. It is constructed of red brick, with some ashlar stonework, and features a slate roof with two 20th-century gable stacks. The building has dentil eaves and a brick and chamfered ashlar plinth. There is a dentillated band at the first floor level, and the façade includes single outer pilasters with additional pilasters flanking the doorway bay, all adorned with dentillated bands. The house is two storeys plus an attic and consists of four bays.
The entrance features a gabled porch made of ashlar, with pilasters that have dentil capitals, and includes a glazed door with a fanlight. To the right of the porch is a single glazing bar sash window, while to the left are two similar sash windows. Above, there are four additional sash windows, all set under segmental arches. In the attic, there are three gabled dormers, each containing a pair of casement windows. The return walls also display dentillated bands.
