Description

The barn at Washway House is a structure from the mid-18th century, with some 20th-century alterations. It is built of red brick and features a concrete tiled roof. The south front has two storeys and three bays, with the central bay slightly projecting and adorned with a brick moulded pediment that contains a blind oculus. There are low single-storey flanking ranges on either side. The north front has large openings from the 20th century and some brick patching. This barn is included in the listing for its group value.
