Description

Old Crown Cottage is a late 18th-century cottage, with 20th-century alterations. It is likely timber-framed and encased in rendered brick. The roof is thatched with a decorative ridge, coped gables, dentillated brick eaves, and two gable stacks. The cottage is a single storey with an attic, and has a three-bay front with a plinth. An off-centre doorway has a plain doorcase and a 20th-century door, flanked by single two-light fixed windows. Two gabled 20th-century dormers have two-light casements.
