Description
The New Inn is a public house dating from the mid-18th century, which was refronted and extended in the early 19th century. It is constructed of colourwashed red brick and features a slate roof. The building has two storeys and consists of six bays, with a single central pilaster buttress. The entrance includes a part glazed and panelled door with an overlight. To the left of the entrance is a single segmental arched plain sash window with margin lights, while to the right are three similar segmental arched sash windows. On the far right, there is another doorway with a similar door and overlight. Above the entrance, there are five segmental arched glazing bar sash windows, with the one above the left doorway being narrower.
