Description

This is a late 18th and early 19th century cottage located on the west side of High Street, Leadenham. The building is constructed of squared rubble with ashlar dressings, topped with a pantile roof and featuring two brick gable stacks. It has an ashlar plinth and flush quoins. The two-storey main block has a central doorway with a 20th-century half-glazed door, flanked by single two-light sliding sash windows with segment-headed wedge lintels made of pink ashlar. Above, there are two smaller two-light sliding sash windows with similar segment-headed wedge lintels. To the south is a single-storey extension built of coursed rubble, which has a blank facade.
