Description

The buildings at 10 and 12 Boston Road date back to the 18th century. They are two storeys in height and constructed of red brick with a pantile roof. The front elevation has three windows, each with a stone keystone and cornice, although the windows themselves are modern and lack glazing bars. Modern shop fronts are present. There are two chimney stacks, one built of brick and the other rendered. The side elevation is rough-rendered. The rear elevation is of coursed stone with a modern cement pantile roof and irregular window placement.
