Description
This is a late 18th-century house, altered in the 20th century. It is built of red brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with ashlar dressings, a pantiled roof, and raised stone coped gables topped by two gable stacks. The two-story house has a three-bay front, featuring a plinth, a band above the ground floor, rusticated quoins, and a chamfered eaves course. A 20th-century half-glazed door is located slightly off-centre, flanked by single glazing bar sash windows. Above, two similar sash windows are visible. All window and door openings have splayed ashlar lintels with keystones. To the left side of the building is a late 19th-century rectangular bay window with a plinth and coped parapet, and a 20th-century rectangular bay window with fixed lights and a flat lead roof.
