Description

A barn dating from the mid-18th century, now converted into a garage, stands on the west side of Welbourn High Street. The barn is constructed of coursed rubble with ashlar detailing. It features a pantile roof with ashlar coped gables and kneelers, and ashlar quoins. A cart entrance is positioned off-centre, with a flush quoined surround and a segmental arch supported by keystones. Single glazing bar sashes flank the entrance, each set beneath an ashlar lintel with keystones. The building is included on the listing primarily for its group value.
