Description
Trevella is a house dating from the late 17th century, constructed of coursed rubble and ashlar with a pantile roof featuring ashlar coped gables and kneelers. It has a single gable and a single ridge stack made of white brick and ashlar. The building has a high chamfered plinth and ashlar quoins, and is designed in an L-plan, standing two storeys plus an attic.
The street-facing gable has a single bay, with a 20th-century glazing bar casement on the ground floor, a plain 20th-century casement above it, and a small 20th-century glazing bar casement at the top. The south entrance front features an off-centre doorway with a six-panel door. To the right of the doorway is a 20th-century glazing bar casement, while to the left are two similar windows. Above, there are three more similar windows, and all openings have wooden lintels.
