Description

Corner House is a house dating from the mid-18th century, constructed of coursed limestone rubble. It features a pantile roof with a single gable and a single ridge brick stack, along with a brick plinth. The house is two stories tall and has three bays. The north street front has an off-centre doorway with a 19th-century panel door, and to the right, there is a three-light sliding sash window, all under a single wooden lintel. On either side of the doorway are single three-light sliding sashes with external shutters and wooden lintels. Above these, there are three more three-light sliding sashes. The west gable wall includes a larger three-light casement window with small glazing bar panes.
