Description

Two houses and a shop, built in the early 19th century and altered in the 20th century. The building is constructed of red brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with some yellow bricks used as headers in the central section. It has a pantiled roof and a single ridge stack.

The two-storey, five-bay front features a 20th-century door located off-center. To the left of the door is a plain sash window, and next to that is a shop front with a four-panelled door, a plain overlight, and a four-light shop window, all within a plain, pilastered wooden surround and fascia. To the right of the shop front are two glazing bar sashes. The first floor has five similar windows. All the openings have segmental brick heads. The building is included on the list only for its contribution to the wider group value of the street.
