Description

The Village Cross, located on the east side of Main Street in Ewerby and Evendon, dates back to the 14th century and was restored in 1908. It is constructed from limestone ashlar and features six circular steps that support a square base stone. This base stone has chamfered angles, stop chamfers, and a chamfered octagonal top. Above the base is a tall, tapering hexagonal shaft that has a stop chamfered base.
