Description

The gatepiers and gates to Blair House date from the early 19th century and are made of brick with painted stone dressings. There are a pair of square gatepiers featuring plain stone bases, a plain stone band, and moulded stone caps topped with ball finials. These gatepiers stand between a pair of iron gates with vertical rails that form an oval shape. To the right, there is another similar square gate pier and a single side gate that matches the design. This structure is included for its group value.
