Description
The building is a house front that has been incorporated into the Lincolnshire County Council offices. It dates from the late 18th century and was restored in 1926. The structure is made of ashlar stone and features a slate roof with three side wall stacks. It has a plinth, a sill band, an eaves cornice, and a plain parapet. The building is two storeys high and has five bays. The windows are plain sashes. The central bay projects and has a pediment with a scroll design. There is a central Doric porch with a pediment and a 20th-century glazed door. Above the porch, there is a sash window with a projecting surround and cornice. On either side of the central bay, there are two windows on each floor.
