Description
No. 22 Beaumont Fee is a house dating from the mid-18th century, which was refronted in the early 19th century, with the front rebuilt around 1985. It is constructed of brick, partly rendered, with stone and stucco dressings. The roof is made of slate and pantiles, featuring two gable stacks and a single side wall stack. The building has clasping pilasters, a moulded cornice, a coped parapet, and coped gables with kneelers. It is two storeys high, plus garrets, and has three bays in a double range plan. The central entrance features a 20th-century pedimented wooden doorcase with a six-panel door, flanked by single French windows with raised surrounds and paterae. Above the door, there are three glazing bar sashes, and all windows have brick flat arches. The interior has not been inspected.
