Description

This is an ice house dating from the late 18th century, located 20 metres north-east of Number 13, known as The Bishop's House, in Lincoln. The structure is an irregular round earth mound, approximately 1.5 metres high and 15 metres in diameter. On the north side, there is a brick-lined entrance that has been blocked with concrete slabs. This ice house is included for its group value with nearby structures.
